Newsletter subscriptions store an email address, language and subscription status. We use these records to operate accounts, review requests and manage subscriptions.

Public and operational information

Published contributions, display names and comments can be read by other visitors. Do not put private contact details in public posts. Session cookies support sign-in and form security. The application also keeps security and administrative records, including a derived identifier for limiting repeated requests. When inquiry email delivery is configured, the selected mail service processes that message.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link provided for your subscription. Contact the site team to request access, correction or deletion of information connected to your account or inquiry. Identify the relevant account without sending your password. Records may need to be retained for ongoing requests, security or applicable obligations; this notice does not promise an automatic deletion deadline.
